Appointment Policy
Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient.

We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, if you are unable to attend your scheduled time, to avoid a cancellation charge. We would gladly reschedule another convenient time for you.


Financial Policy
We ask that payments be rendered as services are provided. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card.

If you have dental insurance coverage, we will send your forms via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to expedite your claims (often your insurance company reimburses you within a few days).

The patient is responsible for all amounts not covered by the insurance company.

North Shores Dental cannot be responsible for insurance coverage payments or benefits.

If you have any questions concerning financial arrangements, it will be our pleasure to assist you.


We have your best interests in mind so please approach any staff member with questions or concerns you may have.
